Placing Orders

All wholesale orders are shipped within 10 business days of receiving it; we generally ship orders within 5 days. This excludes any backordered items which you will be notified of before your order is shipped.

Delivery

All orders are shipped FOB origin. Ground service will be used unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling costs will be added in addition to the total cost of merchandise and will be disclosed on each invoice.

Shipping

Customers will be charged for shipping and handling costs. These charges will be added to your bill. USPS Priority Ground Service will be used for domestic orders, and UPS Ground Service will be used for all international orders to avoid brokerage fees.

Payment

Orders require full payment prior to shipping. TranquiliT accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, wire transfer, and certified check.

Listing Your Shoppe

After completing our Wholesaler Terms and Agreement form, we will add your store's location and website link to be prominently featured on the TranquiliT webpage and in the TranquiliT Times newsletter to help shoppers around the globe find some TranquiliT.

Returns

Returns are accepted only on unworn, damaged items within 7 days from shipping. All original packaging materials and hang tags (attached) must be returned with item. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization code from TranquiliT which can obtained by emailing . Items will either be replaced or your account will be credited.

Custom Orders

Custom sizes and colors are available for an additional fee. For more information, email us. We will respond within one business day. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Our Policy

TranquiliT has the right to cancel a purchase order in whole or in part by written notice at any time. TranquiliT is not responsible for non-delivery for any circumstances beyond our control.
